UK Mainland Delivery Service

All systems are delivered to UK mainland addresses via white-glove logistics. This service includes room-of-choice placement, packaging removal, and coordination with you at each stage.

Service Scope

Included:

  • Room-of-choice positioning (not threshold delivery)
  • Packaging removal and responsible disposal
  • Basic placement orientation
  • Delivery team trained in handling high-value wellness equipment

Not included:

  • Electrical connection or hardwiring
  • Plumbing or permanent drainage installation
  • Assembly (saunas require customer assembly; instructions provided)
  • Furniture or obstacle removal

Coverage Area

England, Scotland, Wales (mainland addresses only). We do not service Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or offshore locations.

For deliveries requiring specialist access—upper floors without lift, narrow doorways, restricted site access—contact us before ordering. We will assess feasibility and coordinate accordingly.

Post-Purchase Process

Step 1: Order Confirmation
You receive email confirmation with order reference and estimated delivery window.

Step 2: Logistics Contact (2–3 Business Days)
Our logistics team contacts you to schedule delivery date and confirm site access requirements.

Step 3: Delivery Confirmation
You receive confirmed delivery date and time window (AM or PM).

Step 4: Pre-Delivery Reminder
Courtesy contact the day before delivery to reconfirm timing.

Step 5: Delivery & Placement
Delivery team arrives within scheduled window, positions equipment in designated room, removes all packaging.

Step 6: Post-Delivery Support
Technical support remains available for installation guidance and setup questions.

Typical Timeframes

Most systems: 10–21 business days from order confirmation to delivery, subject to stock availability and location.

Bespoke or made-to-order systems may require extended lead time. This will be confirmed at point of sale.

If delivery timing is critical, contact us before ordering to verify current stock and logistics capacity.

Site Requirements

Before delivery, ensure:

  • Access route is clear (doorways, hallways, staircases)
  • Delivery location is accessible and cleared
  • Floor surface is level and load-bearing (especially for filled cold plunges)
  • You or an authorized representative will be present

For cold plunge systems exceeding 500kg when filled, structural assessment of upper floors is recommended.

Electrical & Plumbing

Infrared saunas require standard 13A UK socket (no hardwiring). Cold plunge chillers may require 16A dedicated circuit—professional electrician recommended. Plumbing for water supply and drainage is customer responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

We provide detailed installation requirements with order confirmation. Professional installer coordination available upon request.

Damage or Defect on Delivery

Inspect equipment upon delivery. If damage is evident, note it with the delivery team and photograph immediately. Contact us within 24 hours at concierge@vitalitylab.co.uk. We will arrange replacement or repair at no cost.
